The Original Old Taratabong! Promo (2006)

 

This is the original promo for “Taratabong! The World Of Meloditties” animated TV series, as it was presented to producers and broadcasters way back in 2006-7. Based on an original idea by marco Bigliazzi and Fabrizio Bondi, the series was eventually produced in two seasons, released in 2009 and 2010. Here, the design of some characters is slightly different and the music is not by Patrizio Fariselli, who composed the score for all the 52 episodes.

Ecco il promo originale della serie animata “Taratabong! Il Mondo dei Musicilli“, che fu presentato a produttori e broadcasters nel 2006-7. La serie, creata da Marco Bigliazzi e Fabrizio Bondi, fu poi realizzata e uscì in due stagioni nel 2009 e 2010. Qui il design di alcuni personaggi è leggermente diverso da quello definitivo e la musica non è ancora quella di Patrizio Fariselli, che ha composto la colonna sonora di tutti i 52 episodi.

Well, it seems that Taratabong, The World of Meloditties is now airing on Netflix UK, as you can see here.

For More Taratabong

Due to the large number of messages (emails & comments on this very blog) of people  from the US disappointed by the recent cancellation of Taratabong on Netflix, and all the others asking us for DVDs of the series anyway, here is this post about our beloved little living musical instruments.

In the first place, unfortunately, to this day no DVD of the series is available. We will try to ask Mediatoon, which manages the international home video rights of Taratabong, if there is any possibility about.

Then, we strongly suggest all the little Taratabong’s fans – and their parents too  – to contact Netflix – writing tons of emails and alike – and ask for more.

We are sorry, but this is the best we can do…

Il Blues del Manichino

Qualche mese fa, per la precisione Ottobre 2013, abbiamo finito un breve cartoon per la Decima Stagione delle Canzoni dello Zecchino d’Oro – in programmazione in questo periodo su RAI, come si vede meglio qui. Il nostro episodio, Il Blues del Manichino, ha a che vedere con un gruppo blues costituito da manichini musicisti, un grande magazzino e un ragazzino che passa per la strada.
